Our company is rapidly expanding, and we’re excited to add responsible, creative, intelligent, and personable individuals to our team. We need people who enjoy interacting with others, have a friendly and approachable demeanor, appreciate a good celebration, and enjoy dressing well.

This job involves picking up equipment from our Florence, SC office, delivering it to venues, and setting up and operating photo booth equipment at various events, such as weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

We provide paid training for all of our attendants, covering everything needed to operate the booths successfully, with on-call support during events.

Hours

  • Flexible, part-time hours with potential for full-time opportunities.

  • Choose the events you want to work with an amazing team!

  • Most work is scheduled on weekends (Friday through Sunday), with occasional weekday events.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.

  • Attend training and meetings as needed.

  • Be extremely reliable and punctual. We count on you to honor your commitments, especially because our events are often once-in-a-lifetime occasions like weddings. Tardiness or no-shows are unacceptable.

  • Pick up equipment at our facility in zip code 29501.

  • Drive to event venues, set up and operate the photo booth, then break it down and return the equipment.

  • Create a fun, engaging atmosphere for guests in the photo booth.

  • Keep the photo booth area pristine throughout the event.

  • Dress according to company guidelines.

Our Ideal Photo Booth Event Specialist

  • Has a friendly, energetic personality and enjoys engaging with people.

  • Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic.

  • Possesses excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Has basic computer knowledge and outstanding customer service skills.

  • Can perform well under pressure and handle technical issues calmly.

  • Has experience in the events industry or photography (not required).

  • Is well-organized and able to manage equipment setup and breakdown.

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs without assistance (our cases have wheels, but some lifting is required).

  • Owns a reliable vehicle, has a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and carries full vehicle insurance.

  • Is at least 21 years old.

Pay and Benefits

  • Start as a paid assistant for the first 3-6 events while training.

  • Earn $20 per hour during training and up to $28 per hour once fully trained.

  • Receive parking and mileage reimbursement (round trip from office to venue).

  • Opportunities for longevity raises and occasional tips.

  • Bi-Weekly payroll.
